I’ve been overwhelmed by the number of friends who have managed to sit on the Katie in London bench this Summer. And indeed by the number of pictures from complete strangers! I thought I’d celebrate by posting some of my favourite snaps here. The 50 Books About Town book benches will be removed on September 15th and prepared for a charity auction, which benefits the National Literacy Trust. This will take place on October 7th. I wonder who will end up with it!
So there are only TWO WEEKS left to see the Katie in London bench, one of just 3 hand painted by the original illustrator…
