Last night, at the fabulous Norfolk Children’s Book Centre, Joyce Dunbar and I launched the new editions of the Mouse and Mole books. And what editions they are! Superbly printed on beautiful paper, these are lavish gift books of a very high order. Graffeg Books have truly done these characters proud. We may have waited 20 years for these books to return (you can read about that here), but it was worth it!
Huge thanks to Peter Gill from Graffeg and Marilyn Brocklehurst and her team at the NCBC (especially for Mouse & Mole apple pie biscuits, and chocolate mole hills! A lovely touch!). And to Joyce, of course, for writing such wonderful, perfect stories. Lastly huge thanks to all who came and helped us celebrate. It was a lovely evening, in golden sunlight, in beautiful Norfolk countryside. Mouse and Mole would have loved it!
