Ella Bella Blossom!

A new magazine for “girls who like to learn” has been released, and Ella Bella features in the very first issue. BLOSSOM magazine (which comes with free flip-flops) has aroused comment for the amount of pink on display. But it also shows many positive role models for girls and is,  I think, reasonably aspirational for little girls. From ballerinas to vets, it has educational stories and puzzles and obviously literary characters too.

And as I said when Ella Bella Ballerina and Cinderella ended up a trifle more sugary-paletted than intended, if a bit of pink leads a child to Prokofiev, that’s surely a good thing?

Blossom magazine is out now, and issue one will be available until June 25th.

I wish this was available in the US! We just had an Ella Bella Ballerina party at our library and it was a huge success. We love Ella Bella!
